Quick Sender provides tools for contact management, email campaign creation, sender account connection, campaign delivery, and campaign reporting. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, company name, email address, password hash, plan details, and billing status. We also store contacts, uploaded files, email templates, campaign content, campaign recipients, email logs, unsubscribe records, and application settings that users add to the service.
Google and Microsoft Account Data
When a user connects a Google or Microsoft sender account, we store the account email address, display name, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiry details so the service can send authorized emails and manage campaign delivery. Tokens are used only for the features requested by the user and are not sold or shared for advertising.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, send email campaigns from connected sender accounts, manage queues, verify contacts, show reports, process support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share limited information with hosting providers, payment providers, email platform providers, analytics or security tools, and legal authorities when required to operate the service or comply with law.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, and token encryption where supported by the application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and campaign data while the account is active or as needed for service operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Users may request deletion of their account data, contacts, templates, sender connections, and campaign data by contacting support.
User Choices
Users can disconnect sender accounts, delete contacts, manage unsubscribe records, and stop using the service. Recipients may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link included in supported campaigns.
