You may not use Quick Sender for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, unlawful promotions, purchased lists without permission, deceptive campaigns, or activity that violates Google, Microsoft, hosting, payment, or email service provider policies.

Connected Accounts

When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you confirm that you are authorized to use that account for sending email. You are responsible for sender reputation, daily limits, bounced messages, recipient complaints, and compliance with the connected platform's rules.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Data and Content

You retain responsibility for contacts, templates, campaign content, uploaded files, and recipient data you add to the service. You must not upload or send content that violates law or the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Sender is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, sending limits, account suspensions, recipient complaints, or third-party platform decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
